The Importance of Career Guidance

Our Career Guidance Programme helps students make thoughtful, well-informed decisions about their future. It takes them on a journey of self-discovery — from exploring their strengths, interests, and values to identifying professions and educational paths that match their potential.
The goal is not just to inform students about different careers, but to build their confidence in making choices and to help them develop a clear, personalised plan for their growth.
Programme Outcomes
The student gains a clear understanding of their strengths and interests.
Students identify suitable professions and career paths.
Students receive a detailed list of professions, including descriptions of each role, its prospects, and required skills.
Students are provided with recommendations for relevant educational pathways.
Students gain an overview of in-demand future skills for their chosen fields (e.g., critical thinking, digital literacy).
This process enhances students’ motivation by helping them clearly understand the relevance and value of their chosen subjects.

Programme Structure

  • Parents complete an initial questionnaire (covering interests, strengths, and expectations).
  • The student completes an online assessment (covering aptitudes, mindset type, and interests).
Stage 2: First Session (90 minutes)
  • 30-minute session with parents: Clarification of goals and expectations, along with an analysis of the questionnaire results highlighting the child’s strengths and interests.
  • 60 minutes with the student: An introductory meeting to discuss hobbies and interests; review of the assessment results and initial potential directions; formulating a focused brief: ‘What do I want to learn about potential careers?’
  • Post-session: A personalised list of professions is prepared; the student independently researches the professions.
Stage 3: Second Session (90 minutes)
  • Discussion of the list of professions: what was of interest and what raised doubts.
  • Analysis of professions against key criteria: required skills, salary, and future prospects.
  • Identification of a shortlist of TOP-3 directions.
